Tour Registration
Registering for your Adventure Trek is quick and easy. First select the tour that you want from one of the links above. On the page for the tour, next to the Tour Departure Date you will find a BOOK THIS TOUR link that will take you through our online reservation process. You can also follow the steps below to send us your reservation form. Either way, make sure to book your tour early to be assured of the dates you want.
Step 1 - Select your tour
Select the tour you want by pointing to one of the tours above with your mouse (don't click yet). A box will open showing the different information that you can display about each tour. Click on the "Pricing and Schedule" item. That will take you to a page where you can select a tour departure date that meets your schedule.
Step 2 - Select your date
Select the date that meets your schedule. Beside it you will see a BOOK THIS TOUR link. Click on that link to go through our new online reservation system. Or you can mail your Reservation Form as described in Step 3.
Step 3 - Mail the Reservation Form
You will find a Reservation Form in the back of the information packet that was mailed to you. Or, you can download and print a Reservation Form by clicking here. After you have filled in the Reservation Form, mail it with your deposit to the following address:

Payment Options
All tours require a deposit of $200 per person. Your tour will be reserved upon receipt of the deposit. Deposits can be paid with any of the following: Check (personal, money order or cashier's), Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
